At Citrea, every order is packed carefully to ensure your products arrive safely and in perfect condition.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During launches, holidays, or limited batch releases, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Methods

We currently ship using Posten/Bring throughout Norway and selected European countries.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the selected delivery method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Norway: 1–5 business days

  • Europe: 5–14 business days

Please note that delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather conditions, or high seasonal demand are outside of our control.


Food Products

As our products are food items, we package all orders with extra care to preserve quality during transport.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

Citrea is not responsible for lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


Tracking

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your order throughout delivery.
